After only advising people not to attend bars, clubs, restaurants and bingo halls just last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson today said that bars, pubs, restaurants will close on Friday evening. All the UK's nightclubs, theatres, cinemas, gyms and leisure centres have also been asked to close “as soon as they reasonably can”.

Many bingo halls took it upon themselves to act already. Whilst some applied their own testing, others like Bongo's Bingo, postponed all upcoming events.

However, the nationwide closure will affect all clubs nationwide.
